Agathe manages the firm’s library and information centre, provides legal research and reference services and delivers training in the use of print and online resources to the firm’s attorneys and pupils. She also coordinates the firm’s marketing and public relations programme, leads the design and development of the firm website, Bermuda Law Blog and MJM Quarterly Newsletter, and oversees IT operations.

MJM’s Kimberley D. Caines has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the Fall issue of Bermuda:Re+ILS magazine. The feature is called Talent shining through. A rising star is a talented young person (under 35) who is doing an outstanding job in their industry and reshaping it in the process.

Kimberley was the recipient of the Mello Jones and Martin Legal Award in 2009. She then joined the firm as a pupil in 2010 and became an Associate in 2012. The directors, management and staff at MJM would like to congratulate Kimberley on her achievement.
