Internationally recognized law firm, MJM Limited, is delighted to welcome Arno Duvenhage and Michael (Mike) Goulborn to the Dispute Resolution team.
Arno Duvenhage joins the firm as a Senior Associate. He qualified in South Africa (2014) and England and Wales (2020). Arno is an experienced commercial litigator whose practice focuses on company, insolvency, banking and financial law with experience in commercial arbitrations. Arno will support the firm’s corporate, commercial litigation practice generally but particularly with regard to insolvency matters.
Mike Goulborn is qualified in England and Wales (1992), and also joins the firm as Senior Associate. Mike is a former Director of an independent Jersey-based trust and corporate service provider. His practice focuses on trust and probate disputes, commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, advising on compliance and connected non-contentious matters.
