Leading law firm, MJM Limited, is pleased to welcome two new additions, T’Deana Spencer and Teressa Macbeth to the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Finance teams, respectively.
Bermudian, T’Deana Spencer, completed her pupillage and was called to the Bar in 2019. She has joined MJM’s Dispute Resolution team as an Associate where her practice will encompass a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. T’Deana said, “I’m extremely excited to join MJM’s dispute resolution team. As a new advocate, I am ready to embrace this opportunity to enhance my legal skills in a challenging environment under the direction of MJM’s experienced team of lawyers.”
Jennifer Haworth, Director in the Dispute Resolution team said, “We are pleased to welcome T’Deana to the firm. She is a hardworking, young Bermudian and we are looking forward to supporting her as she develops her legal career.”
The Corporate & Finance team welcomes, Teressa Macbeth as a Senior Associate. Having worked previously in Bermuda for another local firm, Teressa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate finance and banking, including cross border project financing and asset backed financing within the shipping sector. Teressa said, “I am absolutely delighted to have returned to Bermuda and be working with the highly regarded team at MJM. I am very much looking forward to providing the firm’s existing and prospective clients with high-quality legal advice for which MJM is renowned.”
